What deeply offended me about the situation was the fact that my family and “friends” did not take into account what I wanted at all; they simply took it upon themselves to force someone onto me. You see, because I’m a Man, and a Black one at that, I’m just supposed to bang anything that moves. And because Ms. But She’s So Nice! demands that she have a guy, I’m also supposed to accede to her demands. Reverse the genders here. What do you get. Would that be OK? Of course not. THen WHY is it perfectly OK for me to have to endure, under some ridiculous pretense of “being nice” myself, such an individual? A little while back we talked about Nuclear Rejections; simply put, Women have the Right to be Jerks, because, Patriarchy. Some knucklehead came at her wrong and so, she has the right to be an utter jerk to you, again, because Knucklehead. Life ain’t fair and all that.
